Show Pony was proud to sponsor Taylor Elliott, who was diagnosed with MS in 2023. Taylor walked the runway at the Together for a Cure MS Luncheon on March 28. Taylor's look was styled by Show Pony. In addition, we hosted a special meet-and-greet with Taylor at the store on March 21.
Taylor Elliott is a professional snowboarder known for her creative street riding and her role in the women-led snowboard film project The Uninvited. In 2023, she was diagnosed with MS. The Founder
Sandra Perala Platt founded Show Pony in 2021 with a vision to bring elevated, thoughtfully curated consignment to the heart of Midway. Under her leadership, the shop built a loyal following of both consignors and clients who trusted her taste, valued her expertise, and appreciated the elevated shopping experience.
She and her husband, John, also own the Midway Mercantile, a nationally touted and beloved local restaurant located just down the street.
The Platts proudly own and steward both historic buildings and are committed to preserving the town's character and heritage. They support local initiatives, create welcoming gathering spaces, and actively give back to the place they are proud to call home.

Debbie Anderson joined Show Pony shortly after its opening and has been instrumental in shaping its growth and success. With a long-standing background in retail, she brings a deep understanding of merchandising, operations, and—most importantly—exceptional customer service.
With an intuitive eye for style and a deep understanding of the clientele, Debbie helped build a shop that feels personal, inspiring, and effortlessly chic. She purchased the store from Sandra and is continuing its legacy while guiding it into its next chapter.
